Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Not all products are returnable. Please check the product details or contact our customer service for specific information.
Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
In case the buyers received a defected product, buyers must not use the defected product, and the buyers can return the product within the return time limit (depends on the product).
If the return time limit has passed, the buyers agree to dispose the defected product and not use it.
Return Address Variation
Different Products, Different Addresses:
Please note that not all products or items are returned to the same address.
Depending on the product type, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return address.
Important: If the buyer returns the item to an address not specified by our team (e.g., the address listed on our website is not a return address), there is a risk that the item may be lost and unrecoverable. We will not be liable for any refunds or exchanges in such cases.
Time Limit for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return (please refer to item details).
If 30 days have passed since your order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be processed within the standard processing period.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
The fastest and easiest way to initiate a return request is via a Contact Us form, however, you can contact our customer service team via Contact Us form, email support@extrarounds.net, or phone.
Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Attaching pictures of the product you wish to return will speed up the process.
Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the product.
Refund of Shipping cost
Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyers will be responsible for paying original shipping cost and return shipping cost, unless the buyer received a defected product, or it was our mistake (e.g., wrong product, wrong color, etc..).
Wrong Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible of entering their correct shipping address.
In case the shipping carriers was unable to deliver your package because of wrong address or any other reason that is the buyer mistake, then after we receive the package back you will receive a refund minus original shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process, and we’ll assist you with the exchange.
